Psychologist
I was born and raised at Lake Constance in Germany. My family is from the Netherlands, causing me to return to my roots, after completing my studies in clinical psychology in Salzburg, Austria. During my master, I worked night shifts in a forensic clinic. My master thesis focused on helping people with depressive symptoms through video based trainings.
My experiences have allowed me to learn many different perspectives and made me open-minded. That’s why I believe that it is important in therapy to listen carefully to the client and to focus on his or her goals. I like to support the client and find a way to expand his or her field of vision, so that the client can achieve these goals. I find it very important to not only see the problems, but to also let clients rediscover their strengths and develop them further.
