{"id":633,"date":"2015-11-06T17:07:26","date_gmt":"2015-11-06T16:07:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.empower-pt.nl\/en\/?page_id=633"},"modified":"2016-05-26T21:32:41","modified_gmt":"2016-05-26T20:32:41","slug":"quality","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.empower-pt.nl\/en\/quality\/","title":{"rendered":"Quality"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"unreset-css\"><p><strong>At our practice, we work within the frameworks of legislation and regulations that apply to our profession.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The primary frameworks are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the Individual Health Care Professions Act (BIG)<\/li>\n<li>the Medical Treatment Contracts Act (WGBO)<\/li>\n<li>the Personal Data Protection Act (WBP)<\/li>\n<li>the Clients&#8217; Right of Complaint (Care Sector) Act (WKCZ)<\/li>\n<li>the Health Care (Market Regulation) Act (WMG)<\/li>\n<li>disciplinary law relevant for healthcare professionals<\/li>\n<li>the professional code for psychotherapists<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The quality criteria for the independent mental healthcare practice of the LVVP (Dutch Association of Independent Psychologists and Psychotherapists) are based on the above-mentioned laws and regulations. We treat and act in accordance with these quality criteria. In order to give a clear insight into the therapy process and to adjust it if necessary, we use ROM (Routine Outcome Monitoring) and impact assessments.
