What is on your mind? How do you view yourself? What are your strengths? What are your weaknesses? With client-oriented therapy, or person-centred therapy, you will learn to recognise yourself and to accept yourself as you are.

Our therapists take an interest in you, offer acceptance and empathy and together you will determine the direction of the therapy. We do not pass judgement, but offer support and a listening ear. For client-oriented therapy, it is important that there is a match between client and therapist. If there is no click, then there can be no trust. It is important to trust each other, to understand each other and to be able to open up to each other.
