Psychologist
I grew up among the mountains of the Bavarian Alps. This environment has shaped me; being active outdoors in nature has always been important to me. The best thing about the mountains, in my opinion, is that they literally offer you a new perspective. When you stand on a mountain, you see that there’s always more than what’s right in front of you.
Later, I studied psychology in Innsbruck and Groningen. After graduation, I worked for several years in a psychiatric ward in Germany, where I gained broad experience inworking with a wide range of mental health issues and life stories.
Every person is shaped by their background and experiences. In my work, I find it important to listen to this with attention and openness. Together, we explore the beliefs you’ve developed about yourself and life, your strengths, and the challenges you face.
In the therapy room, I offer a safe and calm space where you can share your story and gain a better understanding of yourself. I work from a caring and collaborative approach, where there is room for both reflection and change—and where there’s also room for humor. My goal is to work with you to discover what helps you move forward and live more in alignment with who you are and what matters to you.
